I had an epiphany in the shower tonight!! A line of greeting cards using the photos from the website! Wow, what a genius I am! It’s so weird not having emojis on here, I struggle to fulfil my own punctuation requirements! Oh well, I’ll just have to get used to using normal words. I might even regain some of the former literacy I enjoyed prior to phones and text messaging. Back in the dark ages!

I’m a little shy to say I’ve actually ‘Lyn of Tawa’s voice’ had lots of ideas, and I write them down in pencil in my little lined journal and during the week they percolate and I sometimes progress with them and sometimes I forget about them entirely.

The website itself is like a little notebook, you can sketch in ideas but not publish them until you’re ready. I really like that.

Anyhoo, I googled “How do I make greeting cards and then sell them from my website?” There’s a litany of information there, amazing detail and tools to bullet point the steps I can take. I’m a bit overwhelmed but I’m going to try.

I battle the idea that I need to be successful and I’m running out of time and I’ll never get there.

But I’ve also noticed that sticking to something, practising and plodding away at it over time has provided me the most success in any given arena.

So I’m going to continue with that.
